By placing an order with Veltura LLC you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Products

All items are handmade. Photographs are representative; color, pattern and texture will vary from piece to piece. Dimensions are approximate. Lamps are decorative lighting intended for indoor use with the supplied E12 LED bulb.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your order is a purchase offer; it is accepted when we confirm the payment and dispatch the goods. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error.

Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier; damaged shipments are handled under our shipping and returns policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Intellectual property

Site content, photographs and the Veltura name and mark belong to Veltura LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Veltura LLC is registered.
